Classes
jWinters Pilates is dedicated to providing authentic Pilates training as Joseph Pilates intended. These sessions incorporate all of the Pilates apparatus, including the mat, Cadillac, reformer, chairs, barrels, and pedi-pole. Sessions can be adapted to all fitness levels. Each class is 50 minutes in duration and taught on apparatus manufactured by Gratz.

Studio Policies

All sessions are by appointment only and require cancellation 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged.

All clients must sign & submit a liability release prior to their first session.

All equipment is wiped down after each session.

No jewelry for your safety and the equipment.

Socks must be worn at all times.
